Alsace Appellation:
\n<\/strong>In Alsace unlike other uses of French vineyards, it is generally not the terroir which gives its name to the wines of Alsace varietals but themselves.<\/p>\n

Sylvaner:
\n<\/strong>fresh and light with a delicate flavor. Pleasant and refreshing show he knows vivacious.<\/p>\n

Riesling:
\n<\/strong>Dry, distinguished and delicately fruity, offers a bouqet of a large smoothness with sometimes mineral and floral nuances.
\nRecognized as one of the best white grape varieties, it is a gastronomic wine par excellence.<\/p>\n

Pinot Blanc:<\/strong>
\nRound and delicate, combines freshness and flexibility to represent a happy medium in the range of Alsace wines.<\/p>\n

Muscat d’Alsace:<\/strong>
\ndiffers from sweet Muscats of the South by its very dry character. Very aromatic, it expresses perfectly the flavor of fresh fruit.<\/p>\n

Tokay Pinot Gris:<\/strong>
\ndevelops an opulence and a characteristic flavor.
\nRound-bodied and long on the palate it has complex aromas of undergrowth, sometimes slightly smoky.<\/p>\n

Pinot Black:<\/strong>
\nis the only variety in Alsace to produce a red or ros\u00e9 wine, or fruity and typical taste evokes cherry.<\/p>\n

Vinified as red wine can be aged in oak barrels, which adds to its flavor a framework structure and more complex.<\/p>\n

Gewurztraminer<\/strong>, full-bodied and well structured, is probably the most famous Alsace Wine.
\nIts intense bouquet develops rich aromas of fruit, flowers and spices (gewurz = spices). Powerful and seductive. Sometimes slightly sweet, it’s often a wine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
